“WHY IS '0 STARS' NOT AVALIBLE. How is this company still going! You pay for next day delivery and get it 2 days later. The couriers are RUDE. JOKE OF A COMPANY AND when you call the customer services its just pre-recorded messages that tell you to refer to their online chat then hangs up on you. Their online chat is also a joke you speak yet again to a robot and you can never speak to a person. Loop-holes on how the company gets away with everything they do.”

“Hermes was supposed to deliver on behalf of a shoe company and apprently couldn't find my address. They said they will get in touch within 72 hours. We are now 6 days later and haven't heard from them yet”

“Horrendous! Do not use! Ordered something waited in. Had a no show. Checked my status. Saying returned to sender as requested by recipient. Not once did I return this. Avoid big time”

“Hermes allegedly delivered an air conditioner to my home address at 6.50 in the evening when everyone in my household was in. Avoid using hermes if yoy can as the customer service that they provide is abysmal.”

“I actually want to give them 0 starsfor two recent orders. Driver never left a note behind and had the cheek to suggested we should contact him personally if we weren't in. We were never given details of the delivery driver but the driver soposed to call me if not possible to deliver. 2nd order delivery driver claimed I was on holiday as I tracked my order. Please not I was assured next day deliver on both orders. 1st order took 3 days. 2nd hasn't been delivered and I am looking to cancel the order because Hermes couldn't be asked to leave a note behind. Tried to ring but you can't speak with an actual human being on the other line. Sent an email and haven't received a response yet. This is very poor.”

“OK till you need to contact them. Received an email advising I must verify my email address - go to our website, log in and click on 'verify' it said. Their web site does not allow me to verify. CS are no good either.”

“Hermes are rubbish I wasn’t in when my parcel came there was not a card through the door to say where it was it also said it was handed to me and it was clearly given my neighbour to sign for I tried to phone the Liverpool depot no answer head office no answer shocking service”

“Sorry to say they have spelt their company name wrong. It is actually called HERPES becsuse they are a disease. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to pursue missing items being delicered by their USELESS drivers. Did you knoe they only employ drivers sacked from other courier companies because of their NEGLIGENCE regarding peoples goods. Their excise today being SORRY COULD NOT DELIVER BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT HOME. GUESS WHAT ? It was MEANT to be delivered to a SPAR Service station on Ledbury Road Hereford that they have on their own website as a pick up point. A complete bunch of COWBOYS. COMPANIES Aand INDIVIDUALS >> DO NOT TRUST THES COWBOYS TO DELIVER NOR COLLECT YOUR PRECIOIS ITEMS , They will either lose them or break them . HERPES are FAMOUS for signing for items themselves then stealing the parcels. I KNOW ,They done it to me on a couple of occassions. One of them was downright IMPOSSIBLE. THEY FORGED my signature for an item but OOPS ! I was on tour in BELGIUM that week ALL WEEK. STAY CLEAR OF THE COWBOY COURIERS, CHEAP BUT USELESS!!!”

“Just got this from my customer I’m afraid that this item has not been delivered due entirely to a very aggressive and unhelpful Hermes delivery man. He made an attempt to deliver the item yesterday when we were not around to collect it, and left a (not filled in) note. We tried to contact him today but he was extremely off hand and effectively refused to deliver the item today. We do not wish to have dealings with him again after this experience, and therefore we request a cancellation of this order and a return of the item to you. This is not a poor reflection on you, but the experience today with Hermes has been appalling and we do not wish to proceed with this transaction as a result. We ask that you recall the item and issue a refund. With all this I lose customer and money both,”
