Claimed delivered. No parcel, no evidence of delivery, useless website - have to engage with a digital assistant. No telephone or email contact. You have to lie to the robot in order eventually to get the promise of human email contact. Dont use them

Parcels I sent have never arrived at their destination. One was returned with no contact from themThe othef is still lost somdwhere in their depot weeks later. The tracing system is not fit for purpose the telephone support is a complete waste of time as in live chat. Sort out your company and stop taking money from your customers offering a service you cannot provide.

The couriers NEVER ring the bell slightly tapping on the door and no-one hears them. My last parcel I caught them at the door but later found out that instead of a signature on the email saying your parcel was delivered there was a squiggle/line that I am supposed to have signed. Parcels have been delivered with no card left to say where they have been left. Very poor service.

I paid for next day delivery on two parcels and they didn’t come until 6 days later. I complained to the companies that my parcels were so late and they refunded the delivery charge. Hermes kept sending me emails telling me my parcels had been delivered when they never had. Really unhappy with the service and will never use it again.

Nightmare experience, was told item would be delivered in the morning, so waited in no delivery, then was told it would be in the evening still no delivery, tracking was marked as delivered tried to call two different numbers no one answers, then got hold if a virtual messaging service who said that they would try and look into it for me, this was not good enoughth very poor service would not use again and would not recommend.

Hermes need to address their seriously archaic delivery service. Their supplier (TNT in Australia) is about a decade behind in what constitutes personalised service. They won’t provide ANY time frame. Drivers cannot be contacted. No tracker. No contact if they don’t show They simply expect recipients to sit and wait. Which we did for 3days! Nightmare stuff, and big drag down for the Hermes brand. I can get better service from Target.

This should be 0 stars. I am awaiting a parcel 4435888631501772 reference number. I have had an email saying it has been delivered which it has not. There is a fraudulent signature on the delivery sheet which can only be the person supposedly delivering the parcel. Impossible to contact hermes and now I dont know what to do

I was expecting a delivery from John Lewis, a pullover for my husbands Christmas present, unfortunately I had a dentist appointment made for the exact time of delivery. I asked for it to be left in the porch. I received a message that it had been delivered and signed for by customer. This couldn’t be true as I was out as I had arranged for an alternative place to leave it. Of course it wasn’t there when I got home. I am disgusted and disappointed and stressed that an expensive gift has gone missing with a forged signature and the whole experience has been a nightmare. I am seeking further advice to take further action against this company and will never trust them again. I warn any one not to use them ever !!!

Craig Edwards deserves a big bonus this Xmas he always delivers on time or puts my parcels in my safe place, he’s very polite and friendly. He does the deliveries in Aylesham Canterbury and always goes the extra mile to help

I wrote a review 7 days ago regarding 2… I wrote a review 7 days ago regarding 2 parcels that Hermes stated had been delivered when in actual fact they had not. We even contacted the CEO of Hermes who instigated an investigation and they confirmed their courier's GPS showed that they had made no deliveries in the vicinity of our house. We also have CCTV footage covering our whole property showing no delivery was made. Well 7 days later we have ordered something from Debenhams and they use Hermes to deliver and yet again no delivery has taken place and a signature has been forged. REMEMBER Hermes we have CCTV footage so maybe now it is time to report this to the police as your drivers are stealing customers parcels and you are doing nothing to stop them!!! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE HERMES, PICK YOUR ITEMS UP IN STORE TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY.

Don’t use these people they are useless. I have waited in all afternoon for a package 1pm - 6pm, still not arrived! Received 3 emails one telling me it would be here 1-4, another 2-6 and another 1-6. Still not here. I have now tracked my package and says try again tomorrow!!!! Beyond mad! I have more things to do with my life than sit in waiting for packages! Will never order anything if they are delivering again! USELESS! It has taken them 10 days to deliver!!!!

Two times they attempted to deliver a parcel. Waited in both times and always got "we are having difficulty getting to the address" when the courier has been supplied with my mobile phone number and code to get into the apartments. Absolute joke of a courier service.

I have a great courier he is pleasant polite courteous and I have not been well of late he always asks how I am and makes me feel special I am OAP and this means a lot. Thanks 10/10 from Chrissie. Thanks Hermes for hiring lovely people

Have used Hermes for several years selling on ebay & Amazon. I have now started to use Royal Mail & Parcelforce. I sent a parcel in September that arrived smashed to pieces. I put in a claim on the 19th September, heard nothing for 3 weeks and was then told I would have to prove I had reimbursed the customer, I emailed them the details on the same day. Now it is a month later and I have heard nothing even though I have emailed them several times. Today I phoned their head office, the recording told me "we are closed, we are open Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm". I phoned them on Monday at 2.15pm. Obviously they do not care about losing a customer that spends thousands every year, so if they can't be bothered neither can I

Not happy with this service. Ordered a parcel from Holland and Barrett, Hermes is their only courier, waited some days parcel was not delivered and said ‘i refused’ I was in all day. Got in touch with Holland and Barrett, they put a replacement order, again Hermes took the parcel, this time it was delayed at the depot or something for 2 days. I had to get in touch with Holland and Barrett who got in touch with Hermes and today the parcel was marked as ‘I refused’ again!!! I was in all day, I’m so disappointed with this

WHY IS '0 STARS' NOT AVALIBLE. How is this company still going! You pay for next day delivery and get it 2 days later. The couriers are RUDE. JOKE OF A COMPANY AND when you call the customer services its just pre-recorded messages that tell you to refer to their online chat then hangs up on you. Their online chat is also a joke you speak yet again to a robot and you can never speak to a person. Loop-holes on how the company gets away with everything they do.

Buyer beware of you purchase a fragrance from Hermès and are not satisfied they do not care about the customer. They will fight you and not exchange for a new fragrance.

Hermes was supposed to deliver on behalf of a shoe company and apprently couldn't find my address. They said they will get in touch within 72 hours. We are now 6 days later and haven't heard from them yet

Horrendous! Do not use! Ordered something waited in. Had a no show. Checked my status. Saying returned to sender as requested by recipient. Not once did I return this. Avoid big time
