Very poor company delivery is awful updates on your package is unreliable I would never order anything I knew was being delivered from this company

Constantly loosing parcels. Customer service is the worst ever. They use an online auto bot called-Holly. Don’t even bother with it as it just a waste of your time and money.

Made a £100 clothes order with Debenhams, only to have my heart sink once the payment had gone through and it was revealed that the delivery would be made by the universally despised and notoriously sh*t Hermes. Nonetheless I hoped for the best whilst expecting the worst and wasn't disappointed. Despite sitting a few metres from the front door and listening out all day, and sticking a big sign on the door saying "here for Hermes delivery!" there was nothing all day apart from a tracking email, received in the evening, to say delivery had been attempted 3 times and parcel was going back to the sender. I had expected nothing less but what what bugs me is WHY do big retailers like Debenhams use this company when (for example) DPD get consistently high customer ratings and Hermes are consistently rated worst or second to worst? They must lose more customers and money using Hermes. Also you can't see that they are the courier company until you've paid and are committed - very annoying. So, I shall wait to get my refund from Debenhams and order from a different company, whose delivery service might deign to deliver to me. A nuisance though!

I ordered Chelsea kit for my Grandson birthday. Your driver said it was delivered to 22-1. We are number 42. There is no 22-1 in my road. Your driver has obviously lied? Where is my parcel? You have ruined my Grandson birthday, my experience with Hermes has never been good.

I would give this 0 if I could, I purchased postage online through their Website I was supposed to have a collection today between 8 am and 8 pm it’s now 9 pm and nobody has bothered turning up, there are no phone numbers, no emails basically no way of contacting them he only number put me through to some automated service that is no use and doesn’t understand what you say even though I speak pretty much perfect English, Then just tells me my parcel hasn’t been collected yet well obviously that’s why I’m trying to contact them They also told me they will be collecting from the name of the person I’m sending it to, so God knows where they’re going to turn up for this parcel I paid through PayPal so I’m going to contact PayPal to get a refund this is a disgusting service it’s the first time I’ve ever tried them and I will never try them again even as a last resort I would rather drive a parcel to The furthest north point of Scotland and back down south of England again if I had to. I knew I should’ve just gone with Royal mail, my stupidity I’ve learnt a lesson the hard way unfortunately the person who is expecting the parcel which is a pair of PPE boots that they desperately needed so they can do their job during the coronavirus and stay protected is now without his item Totally disgusted 0 stars unfortunately I had no option for that

The problem with this nasty company is that it's drivers are self employed. Nobody to answer to at all but themselves. I buy stuff from Ebay and avoid anyone who says delivery by "other courier" as it could very well be Hermes. I only ever use sellers now who use Royal Mail. BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAD TO WALK A MILE TO THE ADDRESS MY PARCEL WAS DELIVERED TO. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE. WHATS MORE THEY DONT CARE. AVOID!!

absoloutly disgusting. said mt parcel was delivered but scan showed it scanned and signed for ( by i dont know who ) half a mile away. lots of e mails sent to customer service who didnt give a damn. curier still insists parcel was delivered to me but when asked to give a description of where i lived he gave a completely place. it was a joke . mt parcel containing two lovely paintings have completely took a walk ! crooks

Very very very bad service!! Lost parcel, giving me time slots and they keep on changing time slots of delivery! I waited days and the final date I waited until 18;00 they said they will deliver and they say they arrive at 19:00 and delivered my package, but where did they deliver???? I haven’t received anything!!! My friends complain about their service too!! Some say they are at home waiting and they didn’t even knock at the door they just received a missed notification. How awful!!!!

I have never had any problems with Hermes I live in OL10 3DJ area and our courier David Barlow is one of the nicest and friendliest guys you could ever meet he's always got time for a quick chat but is also very professional in his role as a courier my parcels always arrive on time and in excellent condition and if am not in he always leaves my parcel in a safe place as arranged with myself. I would definitely recommend Hermes courier service but especially the lovely David Barlow

They Lost my package than was trying to get away with it, took me one month of chasing them and finally got them admitted that package been lost! Got £5 compensation no apology nothing. AVOID! They are the worst from all

I waited in for my child’s stroller to be delivered, this driver left it outside in the rain with no knock or ringing of my doorbell and then to top it off signed on my behalf forging my signature. Hermes is Awful!!!!! I wouldn’t of known it was there if I hadn’t of got an email!!!

Awful service. Parcel went missing for weeks. Called them to complain and got fobbed off woth 7 pounds worth of call charges. Was told they would be in touch within 24 hours on webchat which was an absolute joke to use and weeks later still no contact.

Awful. Several times I have had ‘sorry I missed you’ cards come through the door with NO information on because they have been too lazy! I have typed the number on the card into the website to track and it isn’t even valid. I have had neighbours bring me my parcels because I had no idea where they were left. And when I do ask for an urgent parcel to be left in a safe place they completely ignore it and take it back with them! When I got in touch the service was also shocking saying there is nothing they can do and to have a good day. Awful
