They have a live chat to assist. The price of the shoes that I bought was the lowest in UK (maybe Europe). Processing and shipping was fast. My shipment (international) was free and best of all, TAX FREE! If only they have more of my brands.

I don't plan on ever purchasing anything from this store again. Ordered item, Didn't like the item, and they won't refund my money. They will only give me store credit. This is was the first purchase I've made from Hervia and it will definitely be the last.

Item was posted to the wrong address (108 instead of 180). Tracking code was not received till I went out of my way to obtain it. Therefore the item could have very easily been lost!

Sent me a wrong size and promised refund the postage cost and additional 10% value didn't come true yet. Usually not reply email.

Good service. Free returns are essential for online sales of this scale and price Clothes need to be displayed on humans to see how they sit. Not lay out in 2D

I was shipped a raf simons t shirt with a hole in the sleeve. I could return the item but the fact i have to pay for shipping with an item i received with a defect is sad. I'm not paying $30+ for shipping when you guys apparently said it was brand new. Clearly wasn't.

The shopping is not very satisfactory, because obviously check the free package, the result was no packaging, in accordance with usual package delivery. I hope next time to improve!

Once ordered, all went smoothly. The only thing was that the coat was mistakenly described as orange when it was photographed as natural colors. I had to scramble and email to confirm the photo was the true representation of what the coat looked at.

Hervia is a great place to buy the more unusual items that you wouldn't find in your everyday high street shop. The shopping process was simple and the delivery was fast. The size guide on the clothing was useful as well.
