“Good service from the website- easy to pay and check out, nice products etc., but when I sent an email asking a question about my product (mixing up billing/shipping addresses) I got no response. Would have liked any response at all, sadly did not receive any communication re my query.”

“Ordered an Adidas jacket, arrived very fast but a number or two bigger. Returned it, received another jacket but just doesn't fit my size so i decided to return and have a refund. Notified Hervia several times but no one replied. They have received the jacket but still haven't received refunds .. no mail replies. Hervia, do something about your communication with the customers. Goran-Croatia”

Hi Goran, You ordered an Adidas Original Climachill Jacket in a Size: XL. We dispatched a Size: XL same day to America. Unfortunately, you were not happy of the fit of the Size: XL, so we happily reserved you a Size: L. Once we received your Size: XL, we dispatched the Size: L exchange the same day. We also covered the cost of the shipping charges. We received your review on 30th January 2016. However, we only received your email notifying us of a return request on 1st February 2016. Our Dispatch Team, using the information from your email traced your return. Originally having difficulties tracing the particular return as you did not include any invoice, paperwork or email notification for our Dispatch Team to identify that this return was from you. Once we identified the return was from you we happily placed a full refund to your credit/debit card. Best Regards HERVIA

“Ordered a pair of Adidas Yeezy Boost 950 W from them which was shipped via DHL. A Hervia employee classified the item as women's clothing when completing the custom form when in fact the item is a women's boot. This error has incurred a higher custom fee. I have made numerous attempts to contact Hervia to make the correction but to no avail.”

“Package was on hold for three weeks. Finally called DHL and had to pay an additional $80 to receive my package. Would have been lost in the mail had I not called. Will not be purchasing from Hervia again.”

We use the reputable courier company DHL. They notify you of a parcel delivery by text. You are then responsible for the payment of customs charges and duty over which we have no control. We are sorry that delivery took so long in this case but the parcel was held because charges had not been paid.

“I was very happy with an online shopping experience itself and I will definitely come back in the future. However, the lack of communication after I was trying to exchange my item, no information whether I will receive my exchange and how long it will take to send it was a bit off putting. I had to call on a numerous time and even though I was reassure by a costumer service that I will receive email regarding my exchange unfortunately I still did not get it.”
