Hervia scores on so many levels. It stocks statement pieces and has the most incredible customer focus - the best experience of online clothing shopping I have had to date. I could not recommend Hervia more highly. An Aladdin's cave for the discerning shopper.

I am very disappointed with Hervia's customer service. I purchased a pair of shoes and bought the wrong size due to an incorrect Size Guide. I have contacted Hervia 3 times and never received a response. I was completely ignored. I presume this is because I am an international (USA) customer and they did not feel that it was worth it to deal with me. I now have a pair of shoes that are too small and cannot return due to an error on their site.

Dear Max, We would like to profusely apologise that your shopping experience with HERVIA was anything but perfect. This is the first time we have been notified of your sizing problem. We are saddened to hear you believe you were ignored. After checking the customer service emails we cannot trace any past correspondence of this particular issue. You have stated that you have contacted HERVIA on three occasions, did you send an email to customerservices@hervia.com? Regarding the sizing issue, you placed an order for Mary Katrantzou x Adidas Trainers in a Size 3.5. The product details include the following: “Sized in UK Sizes. This particular item is sealed in a hygiene bag and is dispatched directly from our warehouse, thus not requiring a security tag. Very nice hard-to-find-items, easy registration and payment-process, fast shipment, immediate notification about changes of order-status and finally items nicely wrapped in paper, so overall a fantastic shopping-experience, will order for sure again in case i'll find other interesting and _affordable_ items ;-)

placed 4 orders and finally successful pass the security check. first order, visa second order, paypal third order, amex all failed the security checks. at first i thought the issue is due to the shipping address and billing address are different, but i cannot find any option to change the billing address. end up i have to register a new account to put the billing address to same as the shipping address. very poor customer service! emails a few times and no response at all.

I ordered and paid for next-day delivery, presuming that, as I ordered in the evening, next day would actually mean two days. On the day it should have arrived I rang to find it had not yet been despatched. When I queried it's tardiness there were only apologies and asked whether I wanted to cancel the order. I think for PR purposes they could have waived the one-day charge but no. I think this store has great stock so will continue buying there but they need a little more imagination on their customer service side!

Hi Joanna Luxton, I would like to profusely apologies for your mishandled order. We received your order on 26th January 2016 at 8:31pm, our cut off time for next day delivery is 3:00pm. We should have dispatched your order on the 27th January. However, we failed to do this and dispatched your order on 28th January. Delivery was fast and efficient. Parcel arrived within two days even with only paying for royal mail delivery.

DHL attempted delivery to your delivery address in Denmark on 25th January 2016. Unfortunately, you was not home to sign for your parcel. DHL posted you a contact card for you to rearrange a delivery for your own convenience. DHL held your shipment, waiting for you to respond.
