“I have had Meniers disease for over 15 years and I became extremely deaf in one ear. I have had an NHS aid but I found it difficult to use. When I got my Oticon Open aid the difference was incredible. For the first time in many years I was able to hear everything that was going on around me and it doesn't need adjusting. It is also Bluetooth so I can connect to my mobile. The initial settings were close but after a couple of weeks it was adjusted and now it's perfect. The back up service is also very good. The device is not cheap but you get what you pay for. For me it's the perfect solution.”

“I have had 2 meetings with Ben of Hidden Hearing. Both were very satisfactory and I placed an order for hearing aids which to date are very satisfactory. A further service call has been scheduled for 3 weeks time. Whilst initial impressions are very satisfactory it is too early to go further than this.”

“Representative called early to see if convenient to attend earlier. Very knowledgeable, put you at ease and explained before each test what to expect. Asked and answered questions and was genuinely attentive and supportive.”

“These small hearing aids are wonderful. The first time in ages i can hear background, even my cat purring! For me, it is so easy to pop them in and out, eg like this morning at the hairdressers.”

“Had a problem with my hearing aid late one night ( after 4:00pm) . Rang up and was seen the next day. Problem was fixed literally within five minutes. To draw service.”
