“The visit to my husband and I from Charlotte, the audiologist was a very pleasant experience, she was punctual, polite, considerate, and went out of her way to help with a problem I had with one of my aids not functioning correctly, taking it away for repair. and promising to return it ASAP, either in person, or by first class mail. Many thanks”

“Wendy has a very friendly style which relaxed me immediately. I was able to demonstrate the problem I was experiencing linking my aids with the remote control and she then showed me a way of linking that was not in the instruction book. I have been seen by Wendy several times before and she is always been very professional.”
