“My appointment was made for me and asked to verify or cancel and make another one the consultant conducted himself professionally as I expected he aske me questions exam end my ears and told me I had to have one adjusted great man so far I have nothing but to praise everyone I have had contact with thank you”

“I i trawled a number of hearing aid specialist outlets because the NHS one I had was causing me no end of problems. I eventually found Hidden Hearing in Bromley and they were very proactive right from the start. They listened carefully to the particular problems I was experiencing and comprehensively tested me. I did not feel like I was on a conveyor belt! They were able to determine I had the wrong type of aid and the fact that I would actually need two, which they supplied and fitted. Since then I have regular check ups and the aids are tweaked as needed. I cannot fault their high level of service and support. I have recommended them to several colleagues as a result.”

“I have had a visit from the Audiologist today and I would just like to say how extremely helpful he was in helping me choose the hearing aid which suited my all my needs. He was very understanding and extremely helpful, I can’t can’t speak highly enough of this person and I would recommend him to anybody. Many Thanks Neil.”

“Service from Ayr is excellent - I live in Dumfriesshire and receive my service from Ayr via appointments in Dumfries at the Station Hotel. 'Izzy' at the Ayr office is a credit to HH, being efficient and fun. David M. is the ultimate professional, very thorough and friendly; another HH star.”

“Disappointed that you send a sales rep, although he was up on the technical side he didn't seem to grasp the biology side of hearing and when I asked him a question about hearing and what factors can inpair your hearing he was trying to make things up instead of telling me he's an audiologist and not a biologist”

“Had a home visit from Hidden Hearing. The consultant listened to me, did tests new to me and offered a solution. Can't wait to get the suggested aids - just the problem of the cost to overcome. I was impressed with young man who came.”
