“-The assesor of my hearing was on time and very professional. - He introduced himself to my daughter and myself. -Respected my home, asked where I wanted him to sit etc. - Explained what he was going to do and what it was all about. - showed me samples, talked about the samples. I tried them and made my choice. - He was given ascess to my internet and able to discuss the financial involvement and payment Options. Forms completed and signed. No payment at this point. - I was informed about the payments options. - I was given option of changing my mind if I felt unhappy on trial. -I was happy to know that I will be followed up and that there were services provided at Stanway at Tolgate clinic. I was impressed with the assessment and looking forward to my fittng. - I was happy that Nick was really very gentle in taking the moulding measurements of the hearing aid.”

“I went to crutherland hotel, east kilbride for test and my aid to be cleaned. The minute I said I wasn’t interested in buying a new hearing aid the atmosphere in the room became decidedly cooler. The test was pretty basic and he never cleaned my aid so wasn't impressed by the service. I have had Excellent service from hidden hearing in Glasgow but this did not come up to the same standard.”

“The hearing aid that was demonstrated to me was very good but too expensive. I asked if I could be shown the less expensive model at approximately £3,000 but was informed there was no stock of this model or any other model, only the most expensive one. I felt offended that only the top of the range model was available. This is why I did not purchase from your company and consequently had a hearing test from another firm where I was given hearing aids on a free 2 week trial which I felt was a far fairer way to demonstrate the product.”

“Once it was sorted who was seeing me I was dealt with by Sam in his usual friendly manner and hopefully he will be able sort out my 'spare' hearing aid to be used in my other ear at the next session. JOH PS: The stand-in Receptionist that afternoon was good, being friendly and helpful.”

“staff were polite and thoughtful. The test was thorough and very well explained. The various options for my lack of hearing were clear. Payment options were also explained without any pressure , The fitting service was also very good and after care explained. A good job all round thank you..”

“I was met with kindness and courtesy. My hearing test was undertaken with professionalism and efficiency taking me through it step by step. My hearing has been deteriorating lately and this was picked up.on immediately. I was advised to see my Doctor and request a urgent hospital appointment. A copy of my last three tests was sent to me the next day which I took to my Doctor and am waiting for a Hospital appointment. All through my visit David was kind helpful always polite and professional and I would recommend him without hesitation.”
