“I saw Sam Lidington at your Banstead location. She was punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable about the hearing aids she was demonstrating. The only problem was one I had not anticipated i.e. the cost. I have since discovered from other providers that the charges are universal so I will have to put up with the hearing problems I encounter when there are other background noises, especially other people. Since I am now in my 80's this does not happen very often nowadays. Michael Dallison. I”

“It is now over a year since I became a client of Hidden Hearing. I have found their telephone services providing advice, batteries, bits and pieces etc. exemplary. for the occasional problem requiring a home visit from their rep. in my area, promptly attended to and problems dealt with on the spot - no complaints whatsoever, so far. In comparison the NHS is unfortunately rubbish.”
