“I was very impressed with my visit from your Hidden Hearing visit.Your Audiologost was thorough,knowledgeable,polite, respectful and pleasant. I was also pleased that there was no pressure to buy , immediately or in the future. I will be renewing at Hidden Hearing when I feel new hearing aids are appropriate. See you sometime next year,”

“Comments by family members over the volume of the TV led me to make an appointment to have my hearing checked at Hidden Hearing in Cardiff. The reception was efficient and welcoming as was the thorough hearing check. It was determined from this that aids were required and were picked from a large range of aids on offer. Les than two weeks later the aids were ready for collection and a further appointment made at which a thorough briefing on the aids was given. I find that in the intervening time I have become so used to the comfort of them that I forget they are in use. It also means I can set the TV volume to what I can hear with out annoying others. having rechargeable batteries also means they never go dead.”

“My appointment was made for me and asked to verify or cancel and make another one the consultant conducted himself professionally as I expected he aske me questions exam end my ears and told me I had to have one adjusted great man so far I have nothing but to praise everyone I have had contact with thank you”
