“Some time last year i bought a "75" Skyworth tv for R14000.00 cash at middelburg mall shop.No delivery or insurance was offered to me by the salesman.
When got home i found the tv screen cracked,i then returned it to the shop and the sales man and branch manger refused to exchanged it for me,telling me that i should have taken out the insureance of which they never communicated with me about when i was buying the tv.To this day the tv is still in the shop,they blamed it on me saying its a physical damage by me.i tried contacting the head office but still no luck.i request for their area manger's details they refused to give me.im so dissaponted with the service offered to me”
