In 2021 I did laybye of a zed air Aesus at Atterbury value mart.i finished my laybye in June 2021 and on the day of collection the guy told me that your original product u laybyed is out of stock you can this iLife zed air laptop..I almost had second thoughts but because of pressure from studies I took the one he offered All I can say is it's the worst laptop ever and I also realised that he gave me a laptop that they wanted to clear out fast fast ..am really disappointed coz I do not know where to take it for repairs

I placed an order online and paid same time. Hi-Fi Corp contacted me letting me know that they have no stock and that they will have to refund me and asked for confirmation of banking details for the refund. Now up to today we haven't received any refund and everytime we send emails, no one responds to my emails ignoring me... No updates, no refunds nothing!

Do not order from Hi Fi corp online if they are still using Skynet as a courier. Received an sms that my order would be delivered on Saturday 17 Dec. As I wasn't 100% convinced that they would deliver on the Saturday I phone Hi Fi corp to make sure it would be delivered, I was assured that it would, after scheduling my day around so that I would be able to collect, it never came. On Monday I phoned in again (to the number that was sent in the sms), the lady could see it was not delivered but basically said there's nothing further she can do, I must contact the website directly, which I did. They said my problem was escalated, however I have received no feedback. Instead I had to go phone the courier myself which was a hassle, for them to also give me no answers (they are awaiting a response from the Cape Town facility). My order has been sitting at the courier facility since the 14th Dec with no movement, after taking a multiple days to even arrive at the facility. Multiple calls, hours wasted and I have no idea where my order is and no one has any answers. Terrible service from Hi Fi corp and the courier they use. Avoid using either.

I bought a 75 inch sansui smart Tv end of March 2021 at the cost of N$17000 unknowingly that it was on display for almost 3years. On 31 November 2022 I return back the tv to Ongwediva Branch with a problem of freezing and display black and white lines on the screen. I was very disappointed to hear that the item is still in their storeroom and was not sent for repair. An exchange is needed here and not the repair the Tv was on display for 1080 days. HIFI CORP is here to cheat customers.

Ordered a TV from HiFi CORP..checked about my delivery after 3 days only to be told on the whtsapp first they still waiting on SABC to verify my licence and then to say it's out of stock and doery someone had to call me but they will refund me in 5 to 7 days...very disappointing they just lost a customer due to being incompetent

I had done an online purchase but my order was cancelled for no reason, they had taken the funds and it has been more than 5 days and have been giving me the run around from department to department to do my refund I will never advise anyone to purchase from this company. To good to take your money but never have any customer service

Spent over R15 000.00 on the online store and the customer service for the online store is terrible. They took my money very fast and then put the order on hold. No one seems to even care about the customer. I ended up taking leave from work to go and sort the matter out at the branch. The manager of the branch struggles to get hold of their own online store personnel, so how should customers get hold of them. Honestly I rather pay R5000.00 more at other stores where they actually look after their customers. Honestly I would recommend this store to no one, unless you a fan of drama. They really need to catch a wake up and if they do not have capacity to trade online rather do not.

Hifi Corp in Baywest suuuucks!!! Their service is so pethetic. They have staff walking around but no one to assist. I bought a phone last year, returning the phone the second time. I was told to come after 21 days, it has been more than 21 days and no one knows where my phone is. I have been given run around for 5 days. They never called once to say that my phone is ready. I am here now and there is no teamwork nothings. Like really am also in retail but this is pethetic yerrer!!!!!

Hi,I bought a Bosch Series 6 Silver Active Oxygen 10KG Front Loader on 19.10.2022 Order #500501275 .I have been waiting for my order to only get couriers with false promises from the date of purchace.On the last expected delivery date,after 4 false promises (Complaint reference 9000270275 ),a driver called me with the number 072 740 5975 promised to deliver that morning (04.11.2022) but did not.Instead he kept laughing at me.I have not received my delivery and Nontethelelo Buthelezi has sent me mail advising of a refund.I declined a refund because the item was R11 k on sale and now its R15k.She advised that i will be getting refund whether i like it or not.What an unprofessional company that does not take customer complaints seriously.

0 out 0f 100. Brought a fridge and was promised delivery within 24hrs. When it came time to deliver nobody knew where the fridge was and when it was to be delivered. The warehouse people were pointing to the sales people and the sales people were pointing to the delivery people. I was on the phone with all 3 teams from 10:30am up untill they stopped taking my calls at 6pm. The following day my calls were ignored completely. I still don't have my fridge 🙃

Making credit at HIFI corp is a big problem. I received very very bad service. I applied for credit then the store put in the wrong surname I had to di everything over again. I went back then the paper work on the system is incomplete try to call IT waited longer the 2hours for them to answer. IT send only half of the paper work still had to wait a other 2hour for the store to tell me they are going to send the paper work in as incomplete the when there is a query that is the only time that they might be possible to assist me.

Their service is the worst I've experienced, my application for getting a fridge was approved but when i called to ask if I should come collect one of the sales people told me to wait for the stores call. I waited for the call and the day went and only when I called did they say i should come, worse when I got there I couldn't take the fridge because I was 10 min late, which was due to their non-communication in the first place.

What type of shop is this am gona sue you hifi. This is like a spaza shop even ia spaza shop is better. How can a big company like this send a customer a product which is not complete and dont communicate why they sending incomplete product. I will make sure i ruin this company rwputation of you dont assistt me i time because i paid you in time already. I should have got the final product by now but you aare busy tellin me you will still look at it. This company is rubbish

This message I have been receiving since the start ,I have been at branches ,and they have no stock . No matter how excited I am, I will never buy here again. So unprofessional, lacks honesty and communication. I bought a mattress from them online, it was in stock online. There was no update at all on my order unless I called. Days went by with no update, I called each they and they kept making promises with no effort to update properly. They promise 3-6 working days delivery, not true. I was told that the item I order was out of stock, however online it was in stock. They told me it'll take 4 weeks to arrive in the country, refund process is a nightmare taking 7-21 working days. Don't waste your time and money, save yourself from all the stress.

Bought a Cellphone at hifi corp in N1 city mall and nearly 21 working days later nobody followed up with me after many many calls i was patched through to a Lovely lady by the name of Mamela (Spelling Under Correction) and in a matter of seconds she could tell me what was happening with the repair on my cell If you need professional assistance Ask for her. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Literally Nobody Got back to me prior to Just now.

We have done an online order for a mini usb. We placed the order on the 13th July, paid the order on the same day. On the 18th of July, we received a call (4 days after payment and order) that now you are out of stock. How can we place an order for an out of stock appliance? This is false advertising and completely unacceptable. The lady who called us, wanted to sell some other cheap device to us, if we wanted something else then we would hve not ordered the one we did. But I need an explanation to why we could still order when this item is out of stock. Got a case number, but of course until now, no one had a courtesy of giving us a call back. I bought an Elegance 7 fin oil heater from Hifi Corp Cresta, which did not work. Took it back the next day and they refused to refund me, stating: - Firstly, they did not have the cash on-site (R899), but I must come back in 4 days to get a cash refund. (?????); - Secondly, they do not refund into a debit card, only a credit card (which I do not have). When paying with a debit card, does that money not come straight from one's account? And if you do not have enough money in your account, the sale will be declined. I then checked their website and found that their 'hassle-free' refunds policy states refunds can be made in to either a credit card or bank account. I asked them to refund in to my bank account. They initially refused (again), then stated I needed a bank statement!!!! What on earth for??? The till slip states the date, the product purchased, amount and how it was paid (cash, debit card or credit card). The 'Manager' said to verify the account. I have never heard such rubbish!! If I provide the incorrect details in writing, that is my fault not theirs. I have complained to Customer Care. Still waiting for the Manager to contact me. Been over a week now.
