Thank you so much Portia, keep up the good work 👏. You did your best. I went to the store requesting the invoice, they told me the system was crashed, so they won't be able to assist. Portia says she will check with their IT specialist if they can track my information. They told her they will manage only if she can give them the date of purchase. She tract by printing tv license list and look for my name. She find my name and that was the date I bought the tv. That's how she managed to get my invoice. Phambile Portia phambile.”
