“Learning about the different effects household chemicals have when cleaning a surface and how copper & aluminium pans can cause chemical contamination when using acidic foods. Also, the emphasised importance of food storage temperatures was very useful.”

“you can take it at your own pace and take in all the information instead of rushing through the course, if one should not pass first time, its good that you can resit the questions and digest them more thourally to get a 100% PASS rating”
