I liked the fact that you can complete the course at your own pace and go back to review each section again.

Unhappy with your registration process which automatically records the name of person paying for the course as the person whose name is on the Certificate Despite me making several phone calls to get the name changed to that of my wife who completed the course no one got back to me This is poor Customer Service

Hi Desmond! Thank you for your review and feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the registration process. The name isn’t automatically recorded, we do ask twice during the process to double check the name that will appear on the certificate and advise that it can’t be changed. At both these points there is an option to register for a new account. I can see now that a member of our customer service team created you a new account to resolve the issue with a complimentary course. Unfortunately our offices were closed when you called on Boxing Day, but a member of our team did call you back first thing in the morning the following day to resolve the issue. I really do apologise if you felt unhappy with the service you received and if you would like to discuss it any further, please don’t hesitate to get in touch directly.
