“some questions are ambigious meaning that there could have been two answers like the bin question...would you leave an overflowing bin inside the building..you said wrong but no you would have the same food safety hygiene for inside and outside bins. Both would cause cross contamination.”

“Clear training. Took too long, would have liked to be able to speed up further. Final questions could have been more encompassing of the course material.”

“Had to make had written notes there did not appear to be a section where the screens or notes already provided could be downloaded or printed of. Video demonstrations would have been good as would have broken up the learning which was a lengthy course.”
