“Hi speed training works well! The software reads out the training as you go. It dose not readout the test its self!!! If you were to make a wrong answer to a question, its dose not tell you at the end what you got wrong!!? The program is about training, so it would be good to let you know what you had got wrong.”

“it did get a little confusing when putting statements into the drop boxes as it talked about future plans for 2021 and did take me a while to remember now and not the future plan.”

“I thought the course well designed and effective. The only deficiency was that it would be helpful if it was easier to make a written record of some specific elements of the course such as the list of items that should be included in an application pack and the addresses of the various bodies one can use to check information.”

“Last two course that I have done were fine but have just completed a ladder safety course which turned out to be a nightmare for me. The visuals kept freezing I was locked out at least a couple of times and it has taken me the best part of nearly six hours to complete. Don't know why?”

“IT WAS GOOD , BUT ALTHOUGH THE PICTURES WERE NICE TO LOOK AT ALONG THE WAY , IT MEANT THAT I WOULD HAVE GOT THROUGH A LOT OF PAPER IF I WANTED TO PRINT ALL OF THE INFORMATION OFF ! I DIDN'T SEE A PRINT OPTION OTHERWISE !”

Hi David, I’m pleased to know that you enjoyed the course content. Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future. If you have further questions, please get in touch with us!
