“It would be helpful to have a pdf of the course after completion, for future reference. I don't think it was really necessary to have someone reading each page.”

Hi Kathleen, thank you for your review and feedback! There is an option to mute the audio in the settings if you prefer. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in (with your login details) and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. I hope this helps. Thank you again! “Piece of infoleft out in modual 3 or 4 where ppe must be used (Head, Feet and Hands but no mention of eye protection.”

“The courses were thorough and I would generally recommend. However, I completed the level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and the Level 2 HACCP Training over 2 days and they were almost identical. I feel the extra £30+vat for the HACCP was not a good investment for me personally.”
