some questions need reviewed as some people in the factory have the qualifications to empty bins with a forklift and some do not

The audio was inconsistent and glitchy throughout the course. (I would have really benefitted from this working properly and consistently due to my neurodivergence).

Although the course content was good. The course was made far to slow due to the audio not playing until way after the text.

the only thing i dislked was having to wait for the text to apear on screan to read. glad i found the option to turn of the lady talking. the part with the picture of kitchen is hard as the next two sections ask about items in the kitchen which i couldnt remember everything in that picture had to go back and lost the answers and had to re submit, would be good to have picture on same page. was good to have a little question bit through out a few sections. i feel there could be more of these. i do have dylexia and got on ok although during the main assement i got anwers wrong which i felt should have been right but maybe my dylexia brain thinkin thats the right way to do something from what i read in the course. i dont think they were worded well enough to fully understand. but i passed second time.

It took too long to go through the pages of the course, even though it was very easy to learn. Since I am aware that I am capable of reading it on my own, I believe it is a waste of time to wait for the voice reader to finish before moving on to the next page.

This is my initial feedback (the four in blue are for the course feedback): Equality and Diversity Section is minimal in content and focuses on the legal requirements but has minimal guidance on how avoid allowing unconscious bias affecting interactions with others and how that unintentional discrimination can affect the customer. There is no additional information on protected groups or explanations of types of disabilities on the implications of these which trainees may be unfamiliar with. The optional 'choose your path' and additional information may not be selected by those who need it most - suggest that these are made non-optional for completion of the course. The Mental Resilience (for managing abuse) and Emotional Intelligence (for customer interaction) additional info should be compulsory for the HWRC Operatives The narrator talks very quickly, and it is still possible to move on to the next slide before you have chance to read all the text having not heard all the information - this could allow some trainees to move through it before they have absorbed / had chance to consider all the information. The scenarios are poorly acted and could be elaborated on - especially on the Equality & Diversity - it would be useful to have a follow on scene of how the customer felt about the interaction.

very interesting, but could do more with Mental health and what protective measures that are in place and if your company and management are compliant.

ok but reading and visual, I think a video of actors showing this training, a presenter and ficticious characters in a workplace would be better than just lots of writing and reading and waiting, one long video and tests in between would help see how the assesment is done, showing how they help employees adjust their seating and screens etc

It made me sad. I appreciate the need for the course in the first place but also found that it was overloaded with legislation and information that was repeditive and of more benefit to and aimed at the employer or site manager who is responsible to and for his or her employees and what there responsibilities are to their workforce. As an engineer and employee I find that the CSR course provides as much information about working in confined spaces, the possible risks and preventive measures than can be implemented as long as they are reasonably practicable. Sorry I lost the will to live a number of times.

The course felt rushed, it was faster to read as the voice was laggy and distorted. (Maybe a internet issue) it got the relative information across though.
