Really got on well with this course as it’s all spoken to you the learning side . As I’m dyslexic I struggle to read would be helpful if the assessment at the end was read out as I miss understood the question hence why I got a few wrong

Clear explanations An indication of how long it would take to complete the course / each module Some of the assessment questions weren't worded very well People who don't live / work in Scotland shouldn't be expected to be asked about Scottish law

The reason we don’t show the correct answer if you have got a question incorrect is because if the learner fails the assessment we encourage them to recap on the areas where they went wrong to ensure they fully understand the material, and I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users truly understand the information and course material in order to pass the training and receive their certificate. Well worth taking this course. As someone who lives and works in Wales through the medium of Welsh we prefere bilingual posters and information so will need to access these from the Welsh Government web site. The difference in the rules in the devolved nations was not always clear. As someone who works in a pre school nursery social distancing is almost impossible. We are not required to wear face coverings while working with young children

It was a very helpful doing this course. I done a similar course about seven months ago and was kind of fading in my memory due to none use of the knowledge I acquired. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially those in the food and catering industry. Point to note: I was not able to download the posters as there was no option to do so.

The experience has been positive. Personally speaking, I think it could be of your benefit to include some images referring to some injuries/symptoms as some of them may seem quite similar to others or in case you have never seen them before. Any pictures (or more videos for procedures) could help you understand or add more knowledge and accuracy to previous information. It also can improve the attention span because some modules last much longer than others, so you may need to stop a few times to process the information clearly or effortlessly. Assessment was not very rigorous; some of the multiple choices were easy to do by simple commonsense. However, the material was well presented; simple and clear. It was not patronising, which is definitely a plus for me! The range of materials to download and extra articles to read was extremely useful.
