“Good experience but I asked for a certificate to be sent by email which I have not received.”

I have had a look and I can't locate any emails asking for a certificate copy otherwise I can assure you, we would have emailed this straight over. “Some valuable lessons in there and overall a positive experience. However, I couldn't help but notice the images used lacked any overweight, unattractive people or even people with limited mobility, just a plethora of beautiful models all looking so well-adjusted. I am not sure this is as inclusive (visually) as it could be for a training module about leading and managing real workforces.”

“Brilliant, love your courses, do them all the time. What might be useful to include here is how to actually undertake the monitoring, such as running the taps for a set amount of time and how to clean a shower head and what with.”

“There is a lot to be taken in. I think this actually needs more time. It feels like a 4 hour course, not a two hour course. Also I spotted a couple of typos. two places where practice should be practise.”

You can take as long as you want and can stop and start if you want to complete the course in manageable chunks. “Very thorough, but the time needed to complete the course far exceeded the time advised. Copious notes are needed to complete the assessment, as a lot of the questions are very specific, so you need to write everything down in case it comes up.”

Although we do give an approximate timescale for our courses it is just a guide as we understand that everyone learns at different speeds and often people make notes whilst they complete the course which can mean it takes longer to complete. “A good experience. However the videos can be improved by letting the user know how long each video clips is. Another improvement i would like is that one should be able to stop and start the video from anywhere rather than having to go back to the previous or next slide.”

“I think High Speed Training was very explanatory whenever i answered a question wrong and It helped me understand when i was going wrong. I would definitely recommend this for all food business etc.”

“This suited me perfectly. It is also an effective way to learn. It's easy to access and allows for breaks if you need to stop at any point. It literally starts where you left off which is really supportive. It's not my favourite listening to an automated voice over but you get past that when you focus on what you are trying to achieve. I'll definitely use High Speed Training again if the need arises.”

“Good training. Very thorough. Would be helpful to have a list of what I got wrong at the end of the training so I know what I need to review again. Also, to know how much I need to get right to pass before I take the test.”
