“Okay but I would recommend allowing people to view each slide without waiting for the voice to end as some people may prefer to read than listen”

“even though i only got 84 it was good to be able to know what some of the words were and helpedme understand alot more about food .”

“I enjoyed the content of the course, but would have liked further information on the types of permits used in industry, when and when not to issue them. I feel this should be covered in more detail and assessed more thoroughly to add more value to this course.”
