“Very informative and helpful...will get students to sit this test as part of their Hospitality and Catering course...disappointed that I read too much into the assessment questions, but I'm pretty certain if you can't keep hot holding food at correct temperature you should throw it out immediately. You should check temperature when you put it in and then 2 hourly. Enjoyed the course thanks”

“It's easy to use and looks well presented. I personally would make a few changes to the course, but I'm not totally against the course I've just completed. It is what it is I suppose in my circumstances.”

“I The training was very informative but it would be advantageous if the information could be sent in document form (on the computer) to refer back to at a later date. This would apply to all training undertaken with you.”

“Well worded, good picture representation, and easy to navigate. However, it would have been easier for me, if the speaking could match when the words come up and not speed ahead of it, or at least have an option to set it to match or go ahead. I found it distracting when the written words sped ahead of the spoken word. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond when I had any issues.”
