A replacement copy will be sent to you First Class in a hard backed envelope. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused, and if you need any else at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch on 0333 006 7000. Kind regards, Lizzy (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

Very informative, especially regarding temperatures. However, I did think some of the questions in the final assessment were a little tricky and that there could have been more than one answer that would have been applicable? But on the whole a very good course.

It was mostly very clear and with good, appropriate messages. However, I noticed a spelling mistake... you refer to tendinitis, where it should be tendonitis. Additionally, you say it is the DSE Assessor's duty to identify DSE Users in the workplace - this is not technically correct - it is the Employer's duty. Finally, the course mentions the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 requires us to do Risk Assessment. Again, this not correct. HASWA requires a safe place of work. It the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations that require suitable and sufficient risk assessments to be carried out.

Hi, thank you very much for your review and feedback! I have passed it all onto the relevant department for them to look into. In reference to whose duty it is to identify DSE users, yes it's the employer's duty, but the DSE assessor is a competent person who acts on their behalf, so by designating someone to fulfil that task the employer is fulfilling their duty by extension. Thank you for your comments about the HASWA requirements, our team are looking into this and will review on the next audit. Thank you again! Kaz (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

The information you request when you sign up for the course makes your 'company' a part of your address. This might confuse the postman who has a company name at a private address. You indicate that you want our 'home' address, but then precede it with the company name.

I disagreed with at least one of your question/answers in the testing part. You question asked for an indicator of abuse and the answer showed that you were looking for an example of abuse.
