“I thought the sections were split up very well and I liked being able to listen and read it, however I do feel the voice was a bit monotonous and perhaps it could be changed for each section to keep the interest for 2 hours.”

“Presentation, visual and audio was very easy to follow. The modules were well structured and to the point. The exercises within each model were were good refreshers of what you studied, followed by explanations when there was wrong answer and further, appreciation when you got it right. I will come back to take further courses if need be.”

“interactive and quite easy to follow Interesting that you do not ask about what i did not like- e.g. backwardy and weirdly worded questions that made me feel like I was participating in an English language questionnaire rather than food safety programme and some conflicting information”
