“A question i was marked down for as incorrect. Which of the following can create a flammable dust oil soaked rags, Cleaning fluids, cardboard, grain. I answered Cardboard and was marked as incorrect with a quote "Cardboard is unlikely to create dust" having worked with cardboard packaging for many many years the quote is incorrect and misleading. I now get why grain is the answer but cardboard also creates a flammable dust from experience and feel the answer is ambiguous so another example should be used...it definitely creates a dust that would be flammable..other than that a good course...”

“I enjoyed although a little disappointed as I though it would teach me more a about how to do my own type of shorthand. I attend more grievance meetings where the participant can go off on a tangent. I was really looking for tips on how to write minutes.”

“This was my refresher training. It has changed a bit. The HACCP section, is by far not sufficient to carry out HACCP by yourself. Having previously absolved the SALSA HACCP course, this is much more detailed and I would recommend everyone to do such a course separately. Also, in the course it says that delivered goods must be below 8 degrees, in the test this is an incorrect answer!”

“The process was good and clear. The typeface, when read on a laptop, was far too small, it really does not meet accessibility requirements and I do not recall when I signed in that I saw any invitation to address this.”
