“I thought the training was very informative. It would have been good to know the length of the course and individual modules. Being able to pause videos and go back would have been helpful. Having a PDF of what is covered would be good for future reference”

The approximate duration of the course can be found on our web sight when searching for the course you are looking to purchase/that you are undertaking along with a PDF overview of what the course covers. As our course is fully online a PDF copy of the full course is not available, however it may be useful to know that even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in (with your login details) and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review.
