“Loved the depth of the course, however when it came to downloading certificate it wouldn't work or show, and when completing final information before assessment my name was all question Mark's. Just hope certificate comescorrect.”

“Wow! Gained a lot of knowledge and understanding about food products and cooking and storing facilities...as well as the high and low risks factors in a food working environment! Must say, they information and instructions were too must to digest straight away, had to review some of the modules again before getting the full gist of all the modules! Overall! It was extremely interesting course and simply informative...”

The Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course!
