The Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! “It was good, but the exercise of the last module (part 4) I am not sure the style of the question is design wrongly or technical problem apply to this exercise, because I tried to answer (match in the correct place) several times but I am afraid the response was incorrect even I reviewed the module twice to access to answers. I spite of this the whole part of the training design wisely, knowledgeably and usefully. Many thanks Mohammad Afkari”
