“Overall it was a great course. I felt like Task categories could have been expanded on. It felt a little rushed. I enjoyed the course and remember everyone to be able to take assessment right away.”

“Good content overall, however I thought question 14 was misleading.Your course content says that you act immediately on discovering pest contamination by informing senior management straight away and then the next step is isolate or destroy the food. the question was "what was the first thing to do when discovering pest infestation in food?". I chose the option of "informing senior management as the first thing to do, but this was incorrect and your answer was to destroy the food, which is the second thing to do after informing a senior manager in your chapter on pest control.”

I'm sorry to hear you found the question within the assessment misleading, I have passed this onto our Content Team who write all of our courses, they have had a look through the course and at the question you were referring to and we do agree that you are right there, we do say that the first step is to inform senior management and to isolate or destroy the contaminated products after.
