“Mostly good. Had an issue at the end where I was asked the temperature a dishwasher should run at. the information provided during the course says 82 degrees to sanitise dishes, but that was not an available answer in the final test, so I said 80, which was the closest and was marked as incorrect. Otherwise only complaint was that for a fast reader the speed felt very slow, though that can be understandable as a way to make sure people are reading the full text”

If you have time, please do revisit the Food Premises Cleaning and Disinfection module and go to page 17 and this will explain what temperature the wash cycle of a dishwasher should be at. Hello, Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future.
