“as i have a adequate background in HACCP and food, the training was good as a refreshment, but it was too long, I couldn't skip content that for me was already clear and go directly to the assessment.”

There is no way to skip through the training unfortunately as the course is continually updated so any changes in the course content or legislation would be missed. There is a settings button within our courses and it does allow you to select your course speed to suit your preference, I hope that this will improve your experience if you purchase from us again! “i found doing the course on line good being able to do it at my own pace was stress free”

“Was sometimes difficult to re-review chapters and go to exact pages in presentation to review understanding and follow training as a lot of information to follow.interactive exercises and links to external sources were very good and will be useful for practice also.”

“Generally good but the course was too long as the speed in which you were able to move to the next page was too slow. I could have got through it quicker if the automated voice & restriction on progressing was optional.”

“The audio is well paced but should have a pause feature. The images are are too large and tend to distract the eye away from the text. Also, it is very noticeable that the images are only of causasian people and therefore reflect a mythical workplace in which no diversity exists.”
