“I thought it was a good presentation for the course, though I did find some of the wording of the questions at the end a little confusing. For example, the lamb casserole question mentioning the preparation with raw meat - I interpretted it as requiring how to confirm the raw meat was okay (approved suppliers). I originally planned to put the correct answer, but then was swayed by the wording pointing to raw material approval. A slightly different wording may help with the clarity.”

“enjoyed the course; good that you were not able to fast forward through sections. Disliked that you couldn't revisit the questions you did incorrectly....i got 85% and failed first time and then passed with 90% second, but the questions i got wrong on second test were same as first and i think you should have referred me back to the appropriate section on learning so that i could fully understand it.”
