“It would help if there was occasionally a different voice. One presenter all the time tended to lull you to sleep. Otherwise good. But Risk Assessment seemed very full of definitions rather than thinking about where the dangers really are.”

“First of all Thank you for the quality of your course. Just one remark: please some questions in the assessment are not accurate, they can give confusion when answering: some questions could be answered with more than one answer. I can not remember of them exactly now but it is what I remarked. Thank you very much.”

“It was alright for a older lady, who hates these modern gadgets.”

“It was very informative and easy to use However, as I have not used High Speed Training before, it was difficult to log in and I had to ring for assistance, although the lady I spoke to was very helpful and sorted things out for me”

“It was good to see that you had updated it to cover Covid. Good to have the options to look at specific things in more details, if required. Good that it was split up into shortish sections allowing a break in-between sections. Also good to be able to change the speed at which it was delivered. Good use of photos. The only thing that would have been good would be to have a change of voice doing different sections. I did 3 sections in one go, then the other 6 (plus the assessment). I did find I was glazing over a bit towards the end as it was the same voice.”
