The booking process was relatively easy, and the course listing on the website was detailed enough to be useful. The LMS seems reasonably intuitive too, although I am not a fan of the slow narration and animation in the presentations (too slow, for me personally, and it was mildly frustrating to have to wait for the text to appear on the slide since I read much faster). Having more personal control over these elements would be nice. Overall, though, I was pleasantly surprised!

very good, used examples to apply learning. could have included a longer assessment/quizzes at end of each topic to apply learning further.

Good and efficient, although there should be more assessment questions than 20.. also the certificate looks a little cheap with the company advertising printed on it... but I enjoyed the course and would recommend

I didn't think that many of the examples given throughout related to racism, sexism, or sexuality and I thought these particularly damaging biases could do with being focussed on. Otherwise I found the training good
