Very happy high back chair! Perfect colour, really comfortable, sturdy carry bag. Wrapped/packaged well, easy online ordering, fast checkout and prompt delivery with email updates. I will definitely use this company again! Thankyou 👏

Right awning, right salesman at Highbridge Caravans—miracles do happen 😂 Great advice, great service, and for once I don’t regret the purchase!

Came in just for a look at motorhomes and campers and ended up having a great chat with Jody. Friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. If the whole place had Jody’s attitude, it would be unbeatable. Didn’t buy this time, but when we do we’ll definitely be asking for him

Very disappointing experience at the Devon branch. The salesman and shop staff came across rude and uninterested. The only person who showed any basic customer service was the young lady at the desk downstairs – she smiled, offered a drink, and spoke to us about motorhomes more than anyone else , Sadly she was the only highlight. I’d avoid this place.

The most helpful and professional person in the shop turned out not to be the manager — which says quite a lot. When I asked where the manager was, I was given a lecture about how the lovely helpful lady had been moved to another department for “career satisfaction.” I only asked where the manager was, not for a corporate explanation. If customer service were based on ability rather than job titles, she’d clearly be running the place.

Apparently customer service is optional here — especially for the grumpy silver-gentleman on duty. The man looked personally offended that we dared enter the building. We asked if he could point us toward a caravan salesman — not difficult, right? You’d think we’d asked him to give up a kidney, run a marathon and do his tax return all at once. Every sigh felt like it took a year off his life. If customer service was a sport, he’d be firmly retired. We went in hopeful, left wondering if we should apologise for existing.”

My experience last weekend left me feeling really disheartened. I approached the staff member a older hoping for some help, but he didn’t even lift his head from the computer. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. When he finally did speak, it was barely more than a dismissive response, just telling me i am stood in the shop and the sales are upstairs where I was greeted by a empty room.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5/5 — Fantastic Service! When I visited, most of the sales team were away on a charity drive, but Stephanie went above and beyond to help me. Even though it was a very small holding the fort, nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Was also honest with her replying to me reminding me that its not normally her job but positive attitude and genuine willingness to help really stood out — it’s not often you come across someone who handles a busy day with such professionalism and warmth. Thanks to steph, my visit was a real pleasure and I left feeling well looked after. I was lucky enough to find the van for me last week but I will be back due to an company willing to do such a amazing thing for charity and Stephanie's honest and help and wamth and the amazing coffee !! A big thank-you again — truly outstanding

I bought an Air Conditiong unit for my caravan on Friday evening due to the recent heatwave we have had I wanted to be prepared whilst we staying at Northern Farm in Brean. The unit cost £599 too be honest it gave out a very small amount of cool air you could only feel it if you were stood right in front of it.The unit didn't warrant the amount of money it cost. The caravan was so hot that we had to go out to buy 2 fans just to cool us down. Saturday Morning I called Highbridge caravans and asked if I could return the unit because I was not happy with its performance. I was told by a young lad that I had to take it back on Monday when the manager was in to authorise the refund. Monday morning I returned the unit in its full packaging I was approached by a very rude and aggressive older gentleman. ( gentleman is not the correct word I'd use for him ). He was called Paul and was the manager. He was raising his voice in front of several other customers and accusing me of lieing. This was very embarrassing. He was very confrontational and after 20 minutes or so he agreed to do the refund. I came out of the shop I sat in my car shaking and crying. I have never been treated in such an unnecessary manner. Paul was so unprofessional I am suprised he is able to work in a customer focused environment. Never again will I be returning. I would advise anyone wishing to buy any caravan/camping equipment to stay away and take your business to Davan Caravans in Weston who are very professional and friendly

Can I thank Dominic, Deb, Graham and the team at Highbridge, Somerset who sorted out our Fridge problem today even though we were not their customers. They couldn’t have been more helpful and patient with us despite us simply calling in as we were driving past as our Thetford fridge wouldn’t change temperature. Excellent service and when we are next down here we will definitely use their services if we have a problem. 10 out of 10. Thank you. Deb and Beattie.

I am very dissatisfaction with the service I received during a recent visit to your centre on Saturday 06.05 .24. My husband and I had a prearranged appointment with Simon to purchase an awning, but the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, Simon did not bother to greet or speak with us, even though we had a scheduled appointment. Instead, he was standing by watching two other staff members pitch an awning. This lack of professionalism was disappointing and frustrating. Fortunately, a female staff member named Steph was very kind and did her best to assist us. However, the stock we were told would be available was not there, adding to our disappointment. Additionally, when Steph offered us a drink, she was unable to find the key for the machine, which further highlighted the disorganization. The shop was quite busy, and it was evident that Steph was overwhelmed trying to manage everything on her own. Despite her best efforts, the experience was negatively impacted by Simon's apparent lack of interest in helping us, even though we had booked a specific time to meet with him. As we were leaving, we saw Simon still standing in the same place, doing nothing to assist customers or support his colleagues. This experience was highly disappointing, and it has affected our perception of your centre customer service. We will not be back as this was very disappointing. Avoid the shop and do not think because you have appointment staff will make time for you.

Myself and my father visited the store in devon last Tuesday. My father unfortunately has been diagnosed with dementia but still has a love for motorhomes, The lovely lady in the shop made my father feel so welcome. when paying the lady didnt make my father feel like a nuisance when struggling to get his words to string together and to pay. She gave him time and respect. I even was able to leave my father speaking with the lovely lady while I visited the bathroom I came back to a father telling story's about trips he had been on and seemed more alert and cheerful then he been for sometime. Thank- you so much for this lady taking Respecting my father and taking the time to listen to him give him some independence by paying for something on his own and making him feel so valued. I have chosen to put this post up Anonymously due to the risk it could put my father in if people knew his Diagnosis. Thank you again for such a heartwarming visit.

A long list of failures to put right issues with a new caravan. All things that you can expect to go wrong but should be easily fixed by a competent workshop. Unfortunately the whole after sales service either cannot cope with their workload or lack experienced and competent technicians. Pre delivery inspection is very poor with faults including a shower tray without any sealant, broken lockers, loose wiring and damaged windows. Not all of the issues were fixed first time resulting in multiple visits. I also purchased a used camper van which was not fully pre delivery inspected and issues took weeks to address. Most recently the van needed warranty work which failed to be fixed first time. Only a strongly worded letter to their MD Phil Davis seemed to work. Although the fault has now eventually been fixed it seems from evidence provided by the workshop that the pre sale service may not have been carried out either properly or even at all. They are not the only caravan and Motorhome dealership in the area. I really cannot recommend them based on my after sales experience. It is worth noting that I had to write to their MD twice. On each occasion I was clear about the issues I had experienced and where failures had occurred. I was constructive in my comments and very restrained considering the litany of poor service and examples of poor quality control of workshop processes. On neither occasion have I had a formal response. I think this sums up the company. Customer Service is demonstrated from the top down in a family business so when the MD cannot be bothered to reply take it as a sure sign that this is not a company that cares about the quality of its ongoing support for existing customers.

My father purchased a Rapido motorhome from Highbridge, this is the second one from them. Sadly after purchase he became disabled and never had the chance to use it more than once. I've come to own it and today testing the towbar lighting I noticed the passenger tail light not working. Upon inspection I found the 2 wires from the light dangling! Then the 3 wires from the harness cut! So the light never worked at the PDI and when I did get it temp illuminated it was an orange indicator one! So that was the reason why it was never ever working. Calling Highbridge I was told to drive it from Southampton to Somerset in an illegal condition for them to assess it! OK fine if you give me a letter stating you supplied the vehicle in faulty condition when sold. Or why can't you simply just look at my pictures of the light and the harness and send the correct red tail/brake stop light? Sorry no we can't do that as it was working at PDI! I'd like to see the 12v electricity jump 12" to do that! Some buyers do try things on if they have damaged an item due to their ham fistedness and I get that all the time in my business. However when someone can clearly show that 3 wires are required to operate the correct light as per the working off side it stands to reason the 2 wire nearside with colour coded wiring as the indicators isn't going to work, especially as it's orange!

I visited the shop yesterday and was disappointed to have such a rude grey hair man behind the till, not only was he making personal phone calls to a doctor he made me wait for 10 minutes without any response. A lovely lady came in from somewhere and did apologise for my wait and was able to help us. This lady gave as 10 % off and again issued a apology for the wait. I decided to come back in to the store to ask about a caravan to be greeted with "you are stood in the shop that is not my apartment" and the man went back to his computer. Again the lovely lady was able to help us and showed me to a salesman desk. (Who was very helpful too) I can not believe that you can have a man so rude and a staff member so lovely , friendly and kind. personally I will not be back which is a shame personally his manner spoilt my experience. The young lady needs to be a Saint to work with such a person. I will not be back but again thank-you to the female that did try and make it a good Visit

Reluctant 3 stars ,what has happened to the friendly firm they used to be ,got to big?,purchased our forth van last year mirror inthe bath room chipped told it will be changed before collection it wasn't to take it back it involved a 160 mile round trip.We had a problem with the nearside indicator booked it in to drop the van of on a Wednesday and informed the service department that we would collect on our way home on the following Monday they agreed ,on arrival to collect our van I was told that if they had not called me to say it was ready, it might not have been repaired, we have the window sign which clearly states the collection day ,sorry Highbridge you are slipping with your standards

Over the years I have spent my life savings with Highbridge on various vans. The sales team are always great for a sale , but if any issues arise trying to talk to someone has become increasingly impossible. Today I have made multiple calls (Teigngrace) , but no one at Highbridge has had the common decency to call me back despite promises. Based on my personal experience , I would no longer recommend Highbridge .
