“Thought it would come with some way to hang it on the wall with a clear backboard but there wasn't an option to do so in the store?”

“The light works but it doesn’t seem to work properly. It shows that the remote light turns red when I press on it but the light doesn’t even turn on. I’ve tried this several times. It’ll work for a bit and off.”

“I like the style and quality of the signs. However with my recent order I paid $400 for my sign that included an additional $25 for a wire hanging kit that I did not receive in my box, that I absolutely needed to install my sign where I needed to. When I contacted customer service they questioned my honesty about receiving the hanging kit. When I sent them the photos of the items I did receive they still questioned my honesty but "gave in" and said they'd refund me....for something I paid for and didn't receive! Although that was over a week ago and I still haven't seen the refund. Good product but not good customer service.”

“Letters look beautiful but the power cord comes out of the middle letter instead of at the bottom which affects the aesthetic a bit. The power I've noticed is also a bit inconsistent, it will shut off after varying lengths of time depending on the day and sometimes won't turn on!”

“I’m please with the brightness of the sign and the different options/settings it allows. I’m disappointed that the sign doesn’t sit flush with the window, it’s seems there’s a balancing issue with the front being heavy it sits at about a 20°-25° slant. My “E” magnets don’t sit right on the bar, therefor the light cuts in & out of its bumped. There’s also no “easy” way to hide the cord that comes off the right side of the sign, it would be helpful if it was manufactured to hang below for easier camouflage.”
