“First time buying a sign from Hineon. We had bought a cheaper on amazon and it was not great. So we looked up HiNeon and wish we had gone with them at the beginning. They are responsive to email requests. Sign arrived very quickly and came with all the hardware for easy installation. Sign is very visible in our window which gets a lot of sunlight. Recommend choosing the sign with the black backdrop as it is very visible. The remove contol is a very nice touch too.”

“GREAT doing business with you again!”

“Took awhile to receive our sign but once we finally got it we are very happy with it! Installation was a bit tricky as the paper "template" that is used to mark where the letters go and where to put your attachement points was WAY bigger than the dimensions indicated on the online custom creation tool. but once the template was right-sized and the holes were drilled, the rest of the installation was pretty easy.”

“Easy installation. Looks great. I do wish they covered the wiring on the back with another piece of plastic however.”
