“This was my first order from Hobbs, I used the 20% off offer, otherwise I would have scrolled past. I decided on the petite dress as although I am about an inch taller than the recommended height I wanted the dress to be midi length. It was just a bit too snug unfortunately. I went to one of the stores closest to us to return, but asked if they had a regular one in the same size in store to try, which they did. That was a better fit and I decided to keep the regular one. The team at the shop did the exchange and honoured the discount. The customer care from the shop assistants throughout was second to none.”
