“My main communications are with the staff at the local branch of Hobbs . The ratings as well as the comments relate to the Milton keynes branch . It is a fantastic resource and it is great to be able to go in person and discuss the outfit and accessories to match when planning for a special occasion .The staff are all very helpful.”

“Lovely dress, nice sizing, couldn't see how to apply 15% off or blue light disount at checkout, contacted customer service and once I confirmed I was keeping the dress, they retrospectively applied the discount”

“Items sent quickly. Prompt delivery by Royal Mail, however the box was damaged, not particularly well packaged. Fortunately nothing was damaged and I am very pleased with my purchases, just sent one item back, very easy process to return. Awaiting my refund.”
