“They looked lovely but when they were delivered one was broken! I had a Hobbs birthday voucher for £20. I chose to spend on these earrings- BAD choice. Delivered damaged. Hobbs charged me full price even though they had 20% off. They then charged me £3.95 for delivery! On refunding a damaged good, they refunded me £5 but no delivery charge. Wished Hobbs had never given me a £20 birthday gift! They cost me £3.95 for absolutely NOTHING!!! DISGUSTING”

“I ordered the dress and it didn't take long to arrive, delivered by a very polite young man. I actually ordered 2 sizes and when I returned one of them it was a very easy process. Thank you.”

“Always good quality products and take care with deliveries. Free returns if unsuitable which is a good bonus. I’d like more of the dresses and trousers to be in the petite range as I’m short and a lot of them are too long, particularly dresses with detail on bottom of skirts so unable to alter due to having to cut the pattern off so then it alters the look of the dress. Plus it’s annoying to have to either alter it yourself or pay for this to be done.”

“Excellent service. Bought in more than one size as I wasn’t sure of the size and the service in terms of returns and refunding was excellent. The service both on line and in the shop - when I returned the too big dress - was fabulous.”
