“I ordered a lovely dress for an upcoming wedding- it was more than I would normally pay for a dress- but I decided to go ahead because of the new customer 15% discount. Unfortunately this was not applied on payinh=g. I emailed Hobbs and the discount was refunded to my account. Excellent customer service and I really love the elegant dress.”

“Will always head for Hobbs in future.I went to the Guildford store and tried on a dress which had been damaged slightly.As no other was available the assistant ordered another to my address, the customer service was excellent.I ordered a jacket to go with the dress, delivered promptly and good quality.”
