“I think Hobbs have communicated well and treated fairly. I originally ordered for next day delivery as was going away, but they were not able to do this. However, I received appropriate communication in time to make alternative arrangements for receipt of my item and a refund of postage.”

“I am a huge Hobbs fan but alas I dont really like these socks . They are almost 💯 cotton which I love and is amazing. But they feel a bit thick and look a bit thick . I have bought Hobbs socks for many years and adore them usually. But these ones feel more like wool”

“I am delighted with my purchase and the envy of my work colleagues but as for the staff in your Horsham branch they are rude, patronising unwelcoming and not what one would expect from a store like Hobbs. Would I buy again of course, would I go and recommend that particular store. No”
