“Staff in the store at Bury St Edmunds were very professional and helpful; nothing was too much trouble to try and help me out. They offered to order the coat to be delivered directly to my home or to the store. Good customer service is rare these days, so it was great to know that excellent customer service still exists. I chose to order the coat online myself and it was straightforward; it arrived quicker than expected and and was packaged well.”

“I had some hesitation ordering from Hobbs as it’s an overseas designer house and have had bad experiences with international shipping in the past. I took the chance as I so loved the item and Hobbs makes the entire process quick and easy. The item arrived quickly, was stunningly gorgeous, no surprise fees and 100% professionalism. Unfortunately, the item was way too large and I had to return it. Returns were easy, quick and no surprise shipping fees. Very pleased with my experience and will be shopping here again.”
