“Recently purchased a Brother LS14 Sewing Machine. After many attempts of trying we could not get it to stitch correctly - the lower bobbin kept jamming. We took it back to the store after 4 weeks and they replaced it without question and even said we could choose an alternative machine. We went for another LS14 and the new machine is working great.”

“Love this shop. A large selection of all kinds of crafting materials, it means I can get everything for my crafting in one place. Good to know it's open till 5pm on Sundays too.Staff are always helpful and there are always a fine array of sale items in the corner downstairs, which makes buying my wool a whole lot cheaper. Only down side is, often there aren't enough shopping hours in the day shop here, haha.”
