“I took my sewing machine to hobby craft in Worcester as it wasn't working properly. I spoke to a lady called Carrian. What a wonderful lady, so helpful and knowledgeable. Although she got the machine to work I'm still having problems with it so have decided it's time for a new one. I loved that there was no 'hard sell' there was no push to buy. She advised me which sewing machine would suit the sewing projects I do. I will be going in to the Worcester store tomorrow to purchase a new one. Thank you.”

“I recently purchased a sewing machine from Hobbycraft in Sheffield and would like to let other people know how helpful the staff were. Not only help with choosing the right machine for my needs, but the assistant who went well above and beyond, by actually delivered it to my home after work that evening. I can't thank you enough, you know who you are with your long flowing locks. Thank you.”

“I came into the shop with my 16 year old daughter desperate for help because my daughter’s prom dress was glued together by a professional. A young man who was helping us at the beginning but he soon recommended Helen to us. Helen from start to finish Helen was absolutely superb. She helped my daughter fix the dress, she was helpful, very kind, good customer service. Helen went above the call of duty and for that I am eternally grateful.”

“I have had the most wonderful experience in Hobby Craft, the service I can only describe as outstanding, I would like to thank Alice, Leonardo and angel for all their help and expertise on the purchase of my Cricut machine. I would recommend this store for staff friendliness and making you feel that you can achieve anything! Barbara”

“My son had a lovely morning making sock puppets with Kristel at the Crawley store. She was friendly, encouraging and even lent an extra hand as I had my baby with me also. He was very proud of his puppets and wore them on his hands all morning! Great workshop, we will be back, thank you.”

“I booked an Easter Bonnet Workshop at the Bournemouth store but the day before my grand daughter tested positive for COVID. I contacted the store and cancelled and was told to call customer services and explain this to them. Without hesitation I was offered a refund (which I didn’t expect as it was so close to the workshop date) Thank you so much to both team members. Amazing customer service.”

“Everything I’ve ever purchased from this store whether it’s online or in store, their products are fabulous, value for money and I love the store too. It has everything I’ve wanted from card and envelopes to sellotape. Online is great too, fast delivery, easy posting back too.”
