Do not book with this company. Went to Rome and left waiting at Airport for 60 minutes. Eventually got through to company and a driver turned up and took myself and partner and another couple in car. We paid for private use and not shared. On our return holiday team us cancelled less than 24 hours before departure and said they could not accommodate us!!

bont book in turkey Antalya for transfer to side or alanya... u wil be waiting hours in a hot bus but promised max waiting time of 60 min. when finally depart to hotels ... driver wil make a break on the way of 20 minutes in the middle of the night and get sone food amd coffee... un professional

Pick-up from Izmir Airport was booked through Holiday taxis. No transport was there for us on arrival. I contacted Holiday Taxis regarding this, they didn't bother to investigate or contact me further.

Arranged a transfer to my hotel. Luckily i checked afterwards. My pickup and dropoff was 5KM away from my hotel. They refused to poay me a full refund. i have cancelled both my trips with them this year. KEEP CLEAR PEOPLE>

This company is a scam. Ride did not show. Phone contact did not work. Emergency number did not work. Response on email complaint never came. Let's boycott this company.

Ok, just to follow up as promised. Well as expected, HolidayTaxis did not respond within the 28 day response period (yes 28 days). So, as stated before, this company is absolutely horrible. They obviously don’t care about customer satisfaction, so buyer beware. Please think twice before using this company, as I will never use this company again. Bad service, clearly unprofessional, and no response to clear issues with their service. If you say you’re going to respond to my email, then please be professional and respond. I expected a standard response “we’re sorry for your inconvenience...but”, but I didn’t even get that....to funny! Please shop elsewhere, this is just a front company that subcontracts all the work to drivers they don’t even know...protect your family!

I have used this company multiple times and they are ok until you have a problem , arrived at Tenerife airport the transfer company had no record of our transfer we waited over an hour whilst they tried to sort it out then we were advised to get a taxi and sent the receipt to Holiday Taxis for a refund , several other people were also having the same issue at the desk . 6 weeks after we have returned home we finally have a response from Holiday Taxis which goes “ we cannot offer you a refund as you did not get your shuttle that was waiting for you and decided to get a taxi “ what a joke !!!!

Paid for two disabled people to be collected by car from Malaga airport. On the arrival no one was waiting. Had to make other arrangements which caused considerable distress. Holiday taxis promised refund which never happened, how dishonest and untrustworthy

Paid for collection at Malaga airport. No one was there. Had to make alternative arrangements. Two disabled people stranded! Contacted holiday taxis who had altered the date to the following week but said it was my fault! They agreed to refund subject to a £5 charge. That was promised with invoice 5 working days but there’s been no refund and now they are ignoring correspondence. Unreliable and dishonest do not trust

Booked on-line 22/08/2109 to be picked up in December at Reykavik International and drop off at my hotel and the reverse for return home. Paid for what I ordered BUT, the voucher sent says ": YOUR CITY SHUTTLE BUS DOES NOT INCLUDE A DROP OFF DIRECTLY AT YOUR HOTEL. Your drop off point will be at the main bus central station in Central Reykjavik" !!!! miles away fron my hotel and NOT what I ordered. I cancelled by phone asit was NOT WHAT I ORDERED and they are still charging me the cancellation fee for their not providing the correct service!!

We booked our transfers and then moved from our hotel to a villa. I called the office to confirm new pick up address, all was confirmed over the phone and showed the amendment online on their booking system. I received a text message to confirm new pick up time and address and then the evening before our flight I received an email to say we were getting picked up at our previous address! Called the office, spoke to the manager who said we would need to book a local taxi! They had changed the address back to our previous hotel! Absolutely no attempt was made to rectify the situation, just kept repeating we would need to book local taxi, even though we had confirmation. We have 3 children, one of which is 4 months old and we've now to attempt to get a local taxi for 8am to get us to the airport for our flights. Absolute disgrace!

HolidayTaxis.com dumped me at the airport Booked airport transfer for Prague airport at 1:15pm. The plane took longer than usual to disembark and Czech border control took close to an hour to pass through. By the time I came out there was no pick-up sign or driver waiting for me. I searched for around 1/2 hour, in an airport I have never been to, just to make sure that the driver wasn't somewhere else. Then I called their support line, first to Germany and at the end to their London HQ. By the time someone finally attended to my call, they blamed me for staying inside the controlled area for too long, and took too long to reach out to them when I couldn't find the driver. There has been no refund, no apology, but only putting the blame on the customer. Use them only if you think you can push around airline and customs so as to catch the driver in time.

We booked transportation from our hotel to airport with HolidayTaxis. We waited for more than 40 minutes at the middle of the night with two small children. When we called, we were told that we had been forgotten by the driver! We then had to arrange transportation ourselves. When we came home we contacted customer service. It took more than a month to receive a reply after several attempts, and the reply was that they refused to make a refund. My advice is to stay away from HolidayTaxis, this nealy ruined our vacation..

Very bad service! don't book! we ordered a transfer to Rhodes Via Google trips. the pickup driver dropped us at the bottom of the hotel road, and we had to take a shuttle to the reception. but what's WORSE was that they had decided for us the pickup time for the trip back. they decided to schedule it 4 hours (!) before the flight, early morning - we missed our breakfast (and sleep time). we called and the lady said, "Sir this is the pickup time for you, I have other calls to answer". when we asked why - she said they need to pick up more people (that's a lie - we where the only ones picked up). I said I would pay more for a private upgrade - she said she can't help. I told her we will miss breakfast, and nowhere it was said it would be so early - she said that they don't care and it's not their problem, and if we will continue to ask "we will get nothing" Appalling is the correct word for that service!

This is a real scam This is a terrible company which scamming over customer. I booked an airport pickup service at 7pm, waited till 7:50pm but driver wasn’t there at arrival and their own customer service could not locate the driver. I was then advised by customer service to get a public taxi and claim for the fare. Sent over the receipt but was refused for payment. Reason was driver arrived after I left. Evidences showed by driver was parking ticket he got from car park at 7:57pm (after i left on advised by their own customer service), and phone called me record at 8:50pm. Investigation team from this company said these two evidences were suffice to prove the driver did his job! Well, in their booking they said the waiting time was 45min from pick up time booked. I booked 7pm. Investigator refused to look the case sensibly! This is most terrible private pick up company.

Horribly unsafe, awful customer service. We were provided with such a dangerous and rude person as our driver. After we complained, they took over 6 weeks to come back and say that they weren't going to do anything, as we had 'no evidence'! I've used them in the past, but will never be using them again, and I would advise you to do the same. If something goes wrong, they do not want to know. Awful, awful experience. It really left a bitter taste in our mouth at both the start and end of our holiday.

Used this company fora trip to the costa brava. Below is a brief summary of what happens when things go wrong...basically, they pass the buck. I've also added this under Holiday taxis. both as bad to be honest. 8 weeks down the line and I've given up on them both. As can be seen from my profile I have traveled around a bit, during out my own arrangements without a probe, often using local transport. As I'm getting on in years I decided to take it easy and booked a shuttle from Girona to Lloret with this company on 3rd may 2017.'when we arrived the rep told us that there would not be a bus and that we should get a taxi and claim the cost of the transfer back from holiday taxis. We did and expected a simple process to get a refund. We had booked then through travel republic so contacted them and have the details. 1-hour later TR stated they had contacted holiday taxis and we would get a response in 28-days. We didn't. RE contacted them and have 14 days for a response still nothing. I contacted them myself and wss told they had no record of my complaint. 7 weeks down the line they have asked for a taxi receipt ( we shared one).. If they can't get something so basic sorted out God help anyone who had a serious problem I have emailed them myself and contacted them on Facebook. No response. They say you can tell how good a company is by its response when things gob wrong. This lot have failed miserably. Scandalous, I really would avoid this lot at all costs. Dear Mr Gale Thank you for your recent Complaint Form received on the 4th June 2017. I do apologise for the delay in providing a response. We do aim to please every customer and I am sorry that on this occasion you are not satisfied with your experience of booking through Travel Republic. Travel Republic is an online travel agent and acts as agent to various travel providers. In the case of your booking, the relevant travel provider was Holiday Taxis. I have relayed your concerns to Holiday Taxis and over the past few months we have tried our utmost to obtain a formal reply from them, regrettably we have been unable to obtain their comments and for this I do sincerely apologise. I note that Holiday Taxis have advised you that they are refunding the amount of £13.96. I have tried on several occasions to find out what this amount represents, however unfortunately I have been unsuccessful with this. I am happy to offer you this amount and I will continue to chase Holiday Taxis in order to find out this information. I would like to apologise on behalf of Holiday Taxis for the experience that you had whilst in Costa Brava, as I can appreciate this is not what you would wish for whilst on holiday. In view of the above comments I would like to offer you a payment of £13.96. This is offered by Travel Republic and on behalf of Holiday Taxis. I have therefore arranged for this amount to be refunded back in the same format you made payment under our PCI Compliance regulations. Please note that this may take up to 3-5 working days to be processed. As well as this I would be pleased to offer you a 10% discount voucher which can be redeemed against a future accommodation booking with Travel Republic within the next year. This has been posted to you today. I hope you will accept this with our compliments and it will go some way towards alleviating any feeling of discontent. We do hope that you are satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, however if you do wish to provide further written correspondence in response to the above comments, please click here. This will take you back to the complaints form where you can submit your further comments. In closing, I thank you for taking the time to contact us, and for bringing these important issues to our attention. Obviously not happy, this has been handled appallingly by both parties involved. I have now lost the will to live. let's just put it down to a lesson learned. In future I reckon I may be as well making my own travel arrangements. I will donate the refund to charity so that at least some good comes out of this whole sorry saga.
