Booked on-line 22/08/2109 to be picked up in December at Reykavik International and drop off at my hotel and the reverse for return home. Paid for what I ordered BUT, the voucher sent says ": YOUR CITY SHUTTLE BUS DOES NOT INCLUDE A DROP OFF DIRECTLY AT YOUR HOTEL. Your drop off point will be at the main bus central station in Central Reykjavik" !!!! miles away fron my hotel and NOT what I ordered.
I cancelled by phone asit was NOT WHAT I ORDERED and they are still charging me the cancellation fee for their not providing the correct service!!
